No health insurance? No problem. Grant will help you navigate the billing process and minimize or eliminate your out-of-pocket expenses.

3. Evaluate Coverage

Grant will determine which entity is responsible for covering your injuries, whether it is the at-fault party’s insurance, your own insurance policy, or your employer’s workers compensation insurance.

4. Open a Claim

Once coverage has been determined, Grant will send a letter to the appropriate insurance company notifying them of his representation and requesting that a claim be opened on your behalf.

5. Attempt Settlement

After you have completed treatment for your injuries, Grant will attempt to negotiate a settlement with the insurance company to cover the cost of the treatment and to compensate you for your pain and suffering.

6. File Suit and Proceed to Trial

If informal settlement negotiations fail because the insurance company won’t agree to fairly compensate you for your injuries, Grant is prepared to file suit and represent you in court. Once is suit is filed, further opportunities for settlement may present themselves. Otherwise, we will put your case in front of a jury and argue for the best possible result.
